A person does not get as trapped in the "this" notion than he does in the "I" notion. In reality, a man gets hypnotized with his "I" notion. I am like this, I am like that, I was this then, I am this now - this knowledge is the sole troublemaker. Joining forces with the "this" and arrogating it (taking it as oneself) - this superimposition is the root of all troubles. Something was joined with the "I" and through arrogation, we become blind.
