6.22 Importance Of Understanding Thought Flow

Attainment (upalabdhi) is always knowledge-oriented. Even the result of worship is knowledge-oriented. How? Worship means "The process that creates the knowledge of the experience of closeness to the beloved". "I am near my beloved deity" - the process to create this knowledge is called worship. "I am in Vaikuntha" - the process to create this knowledge is worship. Only knowledge will be created. Space, time, object, none of these are created. Only the knowledge thought-flow is created. Similarly, action and its result (joy-sorrow) contains a cause-effect relationship. Even that relationship is a knowledge thought flow.
